Corporate & Commercial | Tax Law | Real Estate

André Carroll is originally from Grand Falls, New Brunswick and is fluently bilingual. He joined Fidelis Law Droit after having worked for a boutique firm specializing in corporate, commercial and securities law, and has taught tax law at the Université de Moncton law school for the past few years. His clients emphasize his responsiveness, availability, and the close attention he dedicates to their file.

André believes in finding the most effective and practical solution for his clients and he is as competent when helping set up or provide guidance to start-ups as he is when advising board of directors of well-established companies having governance issues or shareholders with respect to their rights.

André has quickly developed substantial experience in the previously mentioned areas of law, together with banking and real property law, and has assisted clients in different types of industries, such as care facilities, franchises, construction, health and insurance. He has also acted on a whole range of transactions, including multiple large-scale financings via securities investments for both private and publicly listed corporations.

He will be happy to discuss setting up your corporation, completing the purchase or sale of a business, your corporate reorganization or your real property transaction.
